Studio Privacy Choices
Controls for data stored locally, at the Studio relay, and by third-party providers.
Delete Local Projects
Studio stores project content in user-selected .studio packages. Delete a project package and any separate exports from your Mac when you no longer want to keep them. Review backups or synchronized folders separately because Studio does not control copies created by macOS, cloud storage, or backup software.
Remove Provider Credentials
Remove a saved provider key in Studio Settings > Provider Credentials. You can also review or delete Studio credentials in macOS Keychain Access. Removing a local key stops Studio from using it but does not delete the provider account or provider-held history.
Reset Reference-Relay Permission
In Studio Settings > Privacy, choose Reset AI & Relay Permissions. Studio immediately blocks future applicable reference-frame transfers until you confirm the disclosure again. It also clears locally cached relay credentials and makes a best-effort request to revoke active relay tokens and delete active Studio-controlled relay media.
Expired relay media and records are also removed automatically under the retention schedule in the Studio Privacy Policy. Resetting Studio permission cannot delete copies already fetched or retained by OpenRouter, an upstream model provider, ElevenLabs, Apple, or another third party.
Provider Accounts And History
Use the selected provider's account controls to review prompt logging, training choices, history, retained content, API keys, or account deletion. Privacy controls and deletion availability vary by provider, endpoint, upstream model, product, and plan. Studio cannot change or verify those account settings on the provider's behalf.
For the current launch configuration, OpenRouter's provider-training, publication, and related data-sharing controls are disabled, but universal Zero Data Retention enforcement is not enabled because it would block the current video route. The current ElevenLabs Starter account does not expose Zero Retention Mode. Provider requests may therefore be retained under the applicable provider, endpoint, and account policies.
Ask A Privacy Question
Email patrick@mountainmeadowsystems.com. Include enough detail to identify the Studio feature and approximate date, but do not send provider keys, access tokens, full signed Apple transactions, or private project media unless specifically necessary and authorized.
