Studio Terms of Use

License And Apple EULA

Studio is licensed, not sold, through the Mac App Store. Your license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Studio terms describe product-specific services and responsibilities and do not replace rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Studio Pro Subscription

Studio may offer an auto-renewable annual Studio Pro subscription. The purchase screen and App Store storefront show the current localized price, billing period, and included benefit before purchase. Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple before the end of the current period.

Users can restore eligible purchases in Studio and manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing, refunds, storefront taxes, and subscription administration under Apple's terms. Features available to free and subscribed users are identified in the app and may evolve in later versions.

Bring-Your-Own-Key Providers

Provider-backed generation uses credentials and accounts supplied by the user. Provider usage charges, quotas, availability, content rules, retention, and service terms are separate from Studio Pro and are the user's responsibility. Purchasing Studio Pro does not include third-party AI credits.

User Content And Permissions

Users retain their rights in content they import or author, subject to the rights of others and the terms of selected providers. Users are responsible for having permission to use, upload, transform, generate from, and export their prompts, media, voices, likenesses, scripts, trademarks, and other inputs.

Do not use Studio to violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, platform, or provider rules. Generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to third-party material and should be reviewed before publication or commercial use.

Third-Party Services

Studio can connect to Apple, OpenRouter, upstream model providers, ElevenLabs, and other services selected by the user. Mountain Meadow Systems does not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, output, pricing, retention, or continued compatibility. Studio itself may change as providers, platform requirements, and product capabilities evolve.

Privacy, Support, And Changes

Use of Studio is also subject to the Studio Privacy Policy. Privacy controls are described at Studio Privacy Choices. For product support or questions about these terms, email patrick@mountainmeadowsystems.com.

Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable notice, consent, and consumer-law requirements.
